WK Preservation Group Inc., designated business address, 1810 Mariner Dr. #302, Tarpon Springs, Fl 34689, will host a Raffle of a single prize, namely, 1-Gulf Trip on Narcosis Charter (shallow) a gift certificate by Narcosis Scuba, value $129.95, expires 4/19/2023

1. Narcosis Scuba donated this gift certificate for support of the WK Preservation Group Inc. a 501(c)(3) organization.
2. Drawing of the winning ticket will be conducted by three members of the Board of WK Preservation Group Inc. at 6 PM, August 15, 2022, at the Tarpon Cove Clubhouse, Mariner Dr., Tarpon Springs, Pinellas County, Florida 34689. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by email or telephone within 48 hours at which time arrangements will be made to pick up or mail the prize.
3. Raffle tickets are priced at: 1 for $10, 3 for $25 and 10 for $50, and are available via PayPal or major credit card through the WK Preservation Group Inc. website; https://wkpreserve.com/narcosis-scuba-fundraiser/ or our Facebook Page; www.facebook.com/SaveTheWestKlostermanPreserve . Ticket sales will close at 9 PM on August 14 and all sales are considered donations to a non-profit corporation, so no refunds can be made.
4. A contribution is not required for entry. Entry without a purchase may be requested by providing WK Preservation Group Inc. a request in writing for entry. The request must include the full name of the entrant, an address, email address, and a contact phone number. The request should be sent to WK Preservation Group Inc. c/o Kay Carter, 1810 Mariner Drive #302, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689 and must be received prior to the time of the drawing.
5. The drawing will comply with all the requirements of Florida Statute 849.0935 and all other applicable state or federal regulations.
